Before mass production, we provide Pre-production Samples for your approval. Once the sample is confirmed, mass production will strictly follow the sample quality standards.
If you receive products with manufacturing defects (e.g., material flaws, stitching errors) that deviate from the confirmed sample: - Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. - Provide photos and a detailed inspection report. - We will offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the severity.
Customized products with your brand LOGO cannot be returned for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, market sales issues).
Please inspect cartons upon delivery. If packages are visibly damaged, please document it with the carrier immediately and contact us for insurance claim assistance.
